Executive Search Consultant (猎头顾问)

职位描述：
Responsibility:
The consultant will take the role of Project Team Leader and Involve the whole executive searching process: business development, order taking, searching candidates, interview, candidate report preparation, payment and etc.;
- Business development
Industry research, target client selection, contract negotiation, assignment selection;
- Team Management:
Coach and instruct researcher and direct the project team member. Responsible for team achievement;
- Project Management:
Understand the clients' job descriptions and job requirements accurately;
Direct project member and Research to finish the searching project;
Identifying, searching, selecting and interviewing candidates according to clients' requirements;
Recommend candidates and follow up the whole process effectively;
Maintaining and expanding relationship with potential candidates.

Requirements:
- Strong result orientation and consulting/service mentality;
- Bachelor's degree or above. At least 4 years of related work experience;
-Comprehensive understanding of various industries and markets, Familiar with Mechanical, Electrical, and Semiconductor industry will be preferred;
- Excellent written and spoken English;
- Honesty and loyalty;
- Preferably Holder of a valid and free “Registered Qualification Certificate Agent of Human Resources”(上海市人才中介师执业资格证书) or "Registered Qualification Certificate Junior Agent of Human Resources"(上海市人才中介员从业资格证书);
